Front Wheel Housing Liner
1 - Wheel Housing Liner
- Driveshaft cover, removing.
- Press in front wheel accordingly.
- Remove the bolts on the lower wheel housing liner.
- Loosen the retainer on the clips, for example, using a small screwdriver, and slide the clip sideways off the retaining pins.
- Disengage wheel housing liner from fender and pull downward and out.

Overview - Rear Wheel Housing Liner

- The rear wheel is removed.
- Remove the outer bolts.
- Remove the clips from the retaining pins.
- Remove wheel housing liner downward.

Replace the clips after removing the wheel housing liner.

- Remove the bolts in the wheel housing liner in the spoiler area.
- Press the wheel housing liner to the side in the spoiler area and loosen the locking pins.
- Remove the wheel spoiler under the wheel housing liner.

Refer to the Assembly Overview to determine removal and installation of the wheel housing liner. Refer to → Chapter "Overview - Front Wheel Housing Liner".
Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Use to loosen the clips on the wheel housing liner.
Release the Clip
- To remove the clips -3-, unlock the release lever -2- with needle nose pliers in direction of -arrow A- and push it off the pin -1- in direction of -arrow B-.
- The Locking Pliers -VAS6199- may also be alternatively used to release the clips.
